Working Schedule
Our babysitter services operate on an hourly system with a standard schedule of six days per week with one day off.
- Working hours range from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day.
- Service hours are available within the following time frames:
- Summer: 06:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Winter: 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Booking Process
To confirm a booking with Rocket Cleaning Services, an advance service charge of NPR 2,000 is required. This payment can be made through mobile banking or other digital payment methods.
After the booking is confirmed:
- A maid will be arranged within 4 to 15 working days.
- Maid details including citizenship information and identification will be shared with the client through WhatsApp or Viber for verification.
Evaluation Period & Replacement Policy
Every maid assigned through Rocket Cleaning Services will undergo a 1-week evaluation period.
- If the client is satisfied with the maid’s performance, the same maid can continue working.
- If the client is not satisfied, they must notify the company with valid reasons during the evaluation period.
- Rocket Cleaning Services will arrange a replacement maid (maximum one replacement per month) if required.
Additional policy details:
- The service charge is valid for 2 months from the booking date.
- Replacement requests after 2 months will require an additional service charge.
- Temporary replacements will not be provided if the maid is on leave.
- The service charge is non-refundable, but it may be kept on hold for future service arrangements.

General Terms and Conditions
- Rocket Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any loss or theft that occurs at the client’s home.
- If a worker leaves the job due to mistreatment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior, the company is not obligated to provide a replacement.
- The client must pay the maid’s monthly salary directly to the maid at the end of each working month.
- A non-refundable booking fee of NPR 2,000 is required to reserve a maid. This booking remains valid for 2 months from the reservation date.
- If the client requests a replacement after the 2-month validity period, the booking process must be completed again with a new service charge.
- Rocket Cleaning Services does not take responsibility for any future legal disputes between the client and the worker.
- For safety and reliability, the client may request or collect original documents such as citizenship, family contact details, or relative information from the maid if necessary.
Trial Period Policy
- Each maid will have a 1-week trial period.
- After the trial period, the client must inform the company whether they wish to continue with the same maid.
- If the client is not satisfied:
- The client must pay the maid’s salary for the days she has worked.
- Rocket Cleaning Services will provide a replacement maid.
- A maximum of two replacements can be provided within one month if the client is not satisfied with the assigned maid.
